Overview

Once your sequences are active and running, graph8 provides comprehensive management tools to monitor performance, track progress, and optimize your outreach campaigns. The sequence management interface offers key tabs that give you complete visibility and control over every aspect of your automated outreach.

This guide will walk you through each management tab, helping you understand how to effectively monitor your sequences, manage contacts, track communications, handle tasks, and analyze performance to continuously improve your outreach results.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab serves as your sequence command center, displaying all the steps in your sequence with real-time performance data and controls. This visual workflow shows you exactly how your sequence is performing at each stage.

Sequence Step Display Each step in your sequence is numbered and shows:

  • Step Type - Email, Phone Call, Manual, or VoiceAI steps with corresponding icons

  • Step Timing - When the step executes (e.g., "DAY 1: EMAIL STEP", "DAY 3: EMAIL STEP")

  • Step Status - Shows counts for Scheduled, Paused, and Finished contacts

  • Step Controls - Toggle switches to enable/disable individual steps

  • Delivery Settings - Quick access to modify when steps are delivered

Email Step Metrics For email steps, you'll see comprehensive performance data:

  • SENT - Total number of emails delivered

  • BOUNCED - Emails that failed to deliver

  • SPAMS - Emails marked as spam

  • REPLIED - Prospects who responded

  • OPT OUT - Prospects who unsubscribed

  • INTERESTED - Prospects showing engagement

  • SENT FAILED - Emails that failed to send

VoiceAI Step Metrics For VoiceAI steps, you'll see calling-specific data:

  • SCHEDULED - Calls planned for execution

  • SENT - Calls that were attempted

  • SENT FAILED - Calls that failed to connect

  • AVERAGE DURATION - Typical call length

Step Management Controls

  • Enable/Disable Toggle - Green switches allow you to activate or pause individual steps

  • Add New Steps - Purple "+" button to insert additional steps

  • Step Editing - Three-dot menu for advanced step configuration

  • Delivery Timing - Modify when each step executes in the sequence

Contacts Tab

The Contacts tab provides comprehensive contact management for everyone enrolled in your sequence. This is your central hub for monitoring individual prospect progress, managing enrollment, and analyzing contact-level performance.

Contact Management Controls

  • Add Contacts - Purple "Add contacts" button to enroll new prospects into your sequence

  • Bulk Selection - Checkboxes to select multiple contacts for batch actions

  • Search Functionality - Search bar to quickly find specific contacts by name, company, or email

  • Filters - Advanced filtering options to segment your contact list

Contact Filtering Options

Contact Status Filters:

  • Paused: Contacts whose sequence progression is temporarily stopped

  • Finished: Contacts who have completed the entire sequence

  • Scheduled: Contacts with upcoming sequence steps

  • Removed: Contacts who have been taken out of the sequence

Contact Information Display Each contact entry shows detailed information:

  • Contact Details - Full name and email address

  • Company Information - Company name and prospect's role/title

  • Status Indicator - Current sequence status (Paused, Scheduled, etc.)

  • Step Position - Which sequence step the contact is currently on

  • Scheduled Date - When their next sequence action is due

  • Mailbox Assignment - Which email account is handling their outreach

  • Actions Menu - Three-dot menu for individual contact management

List Management

  • Used Lists - Shows which contact lists were used to populate the sequence (e.g., "Facilities Services Sales Leaders", "Facilities Services Sales Leaders #2")

  • Pagination - Navigate through large contact databases with results per page controls

Contact Actions Individual contact management options include:

  • Pause or resume individual contacts

  • Remove contacts from the sequence

  • View detailed contact history

Emails Tab

The Emails tab provides comprehensive tracking and management of all email communications within your sequence. This tab gives you detailed visibility into email performance, content, and delivery status for every message sent through your campaigns.

Email Search and Filtering

  • Search Contact - Find specific emails by searching for contact names, email addresses, or other identifiers

  • Status Filtering - Filter emails by delivery and engagement status:

    • Scheduled - Emails queued for future delivery

    • Sent - Successfully delivered emails

    • Replied - Emails that received responses from prospects

    • Archived - Emails moved to archive status

    • Bounced - Emails that failed to deliver due to invalid addresses or other issues

  • Date Range Filtering - Set "From" and "To" dates to view emails from specific time periods

Email Content Display Each email entry shows comprehensive information:

  • Contact Information - Recipient name and email address

  • Email Content Preview - Subject line tags and opening lines of the email content

Email Performance Tracking

  • Status Indicators - Visual status labels (sent, scheduled, replied, etc.)

  • Delivery Timestamps - When emails were scheduled and sent

Contact Search

  • Search by Name or Email - Quickly find specific calls by searching for contact information

Call Sentiment Analysis

  • Sentiment Filtering - Filter calls based on the emotional tone and reception:

    • Analyze how prospects responded to your calls

    • Identify positive, neutral, or negative call interactions

    • Track sentiment trends across your calling campaigns

Call Disposition Tracking

  • Disposition Categories - Classify call outcomes for better pipeline management:

    • Track different call results (connected, voicemail, busy, no answer, etc.)

    • Categorize prospect responses and next steps

    • Monitor conversion rates by call disposition

Call Duration Analysis

  • Minimum Duration - Set lower threshold for call length (default: 0.0 seconds)

  • Maximum Duration - Set upper threshold for call length (default: 100.0 seconds)

Sequence Overview Header

  • Sequence Name Display - Shows the specific sequence being analyzed at the top of the report

  • Performance Summary Cards - Four key metric tiles displaying:

    • Leads in Sequence - Total number of contacts currently enrolled

    • Enrollment per Day - Daily rate of new contact additions

    • Unique Replied - Number and percentage of prospects who responded

    • Unique Opened - Number and percentage of prospects who opened emails

  • Sequence Status - Current operational status (Active, Paused, etc.)
