Purchase Domains and Mailboxes

Graph8 enables you to quickly and seamlessly purchase custom domains and associated mailboxes directly within your workspace, simplifying your sales outreach and enhancing brand credibility.

How to Purchase Domains

Follow these straightforward steps:

1. Navigate to Domain Purchase:

  • From your workspace's left-hand navigation panel, click on Settings → Purchase Domains/Mailboxes.

  • Click Purchase Domains at the top right corner.

2. Generate Domains:

  • In the Primary Domain field, enter your company's main domain (e.g., yourcompany.com).

  • Specify the number of domains you wish to purchase in the Number of Domains field.

  • Click Generate Domains to auto-create available domain suggestions.

3. Select Domains:

  • Review the generated list of available domains.

  • Domains that are available will display their cost clearly (in credits per year).

  • To remove a suggested domain, click the trash icon next to the domain.

  • If desired, manually add other domains by entering them into the Domain list and clicking Check availability.

  • Once your domains are finalized, click Continue.

4. Provide Contact Details:

  • Enter the required domain registration information, including:

    • First Name and Last Name

    • Email Address

    • Organization Name

    • Country, State, City, ZIP/Postal Code

    • Address

    • Phone Number

  • Optional: Enable Contact Privacy (+500 credits per domain/year) to keep your registration details private.

  • When complete, click Continue.

5. Review and Complete Checkout:

  • Verify your selected domains, contact information, and total credits required.

  • Confirm the accuracy of your purchase details.

  • Click Complete Purchase to finalize the transaction.

How to Purchase Mailboxes

After purchasing your domain, follow these steps to purchase and configure your mailboxes:

1. Select Domain for Mailboxes:

  • From Settings → Purchase Domains/Mailboxes, click on your purchased domain.

  • Click Purchase Mailboxes at the top right corner.

2. Configure Mailboxes:

  • Enter the mailbox name and set your password manually or click to have Graph8 auto-generate a secure password.

  • To add additional mailboxes, click + Add another mailbox.

  • Click Continue when ready.

3. Warmup Configuration (Optional but Recommended):

  • Toggle Enabled to activate mailbox warmup.

  • Fill out the User Information:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

  • Set Warmup Settings:

    • Daily Warmup Limit

    • Increase per Day

    • Reply Rate

  • Configure Advanced Settings (optional):

    • Weekdays only (enable or disable)

    • Read emulation (enable or disable)

    • Custom tracking domain (enable or disable)

    • Open Rate, Spam Protection, and Mark Important (set sliders according to your preference)

  • Click Continue.

4. Review and Complete Mailbox Purchase:

  • Verify mailbox configuration and total credits required.

  • Click Complete Purchase to finalize your mailbox purchase.

Managing Purchased Domains and Mailboxes

All purchased domains and associated mailboxes appear under Settings → Purchase Domains/Mailboxes. Here you can:

  • Review and manage your mailboxes.

  • Check mailbox purchase dates, expiry dates, and purchaser details.

  • Easily manage mailbox renewals and mailbox warmup settings.

  • Can I purchase additional mailboxes later?

    • Yes, you can add mailboxes to your purchased domains anytime from the Mailboxes section.

  • What is Contact Privacy?

    • Contact Privacy hides your personal registration information from public WHOIS lookups, enhancing privacy and reducing spam.

  • What happens after domain or mailbox expiry?

    • Both domains and mailboxes are renewable. Ensure you renew timely to maintain uninterrupted service.
