Overview

Schedule Availability allows you to create and manage custom timing schedules that control when your sequences execute outreach activities. This powerful feature ensures your emails, calls, and other sequence steps are delivered during optimal times based on different time zones, business hours, and specific outreach strategies.

The main Availability page displays all your created schedules with key information:

Schedule Display

  • Name - Descriptive title for each availability schedule

  • Sequences Used - Number of active sequences using each schedule

  • Created At - Timestamp showing when the schedule was created

  • Actions Menu - Three-dot menu for schedule management options

Schedule Management

  • Add New Schedule - Purple "Add New Availability Schedule" button to create custom schedules

  • Edit Existing Schedules - Modify timing and settings for current schedules

  • Delete Schedules - Remove unused availability schedules

  • Usage Tracking - Monitor which sequences are using each schedule

Creating New Availability Schedules

When creating a new schedule, configure the following settings:

  • Set as Default - Option to make this schedule the default for new sequences
