Phone Numbers

Overview

The Phone Numbers section provides comprehensive management of your calling infrastructure for graph8. This feature allows you to purchase and manage phone numbers for both traditional phone call steps and VoiceAI outreach, ensuring you have the necessary calling capabilities for your outbound campaigns.

Phone Number Management Tabs

Available Numbers Tab

The Available Numbers tab displays all phone numbers currently in your account and provides management tools for your calling infrastructure.

Phone Number Display

Each phone number entry shows:

  • Provider - The service provider (e.g., graph8 Twilio Phone)

  • Status - Current operational status (active, inactive, etc.)

  • Phone Number - The actual phone number with country and area code

  • Account - Management status (managed, unmanaged)

  • Webhook - Integration status for call handling

  • Provider - Technical provider (Twilio, etc.)

  • Sequences Used - Number of active sequences using this phone number

  • Actions - Management options including "Release phone" button

Phone Number Management

  • Active Status Monitoring - Track which numbers are operational

  • Usage Tracking - See how many sequences are using each number

  • Release Numbers - Return unused phone numbers to reduce costs

  • Provider Management - Monitor different phone service providers

Search & Buy Tab

The Search & Buy tab allows you to purchase new phone numbers for your calling campaigns.

Number Search Process

  1. Select Provider - Choose your preferred phone service provider

  2. Choose Country - Select the country where you want a local number

  3. Pick Area Code - Specify area codes that match your target audience

  4. Search - Blue search button to find available numbers

  5. Purchase - Buy the numbers that best fit your campaign needs

Available Numbers Results

When you search for numbers, you'll see:

  • Number - The actual phone number available for purchase

  • Capabilities - Feature tags showing what the number supports:

    • VOICE - Phone calling capabilities

    • SMS - Text messaging support

    • MMS - Multimedia messaging support

  • Buy Button - Green "Buy" button to purchase each number
