Appointment Settings allow you to customize your scheduling profile and booking experience. Configure your personal information, calendar integrations, appearance preferences, and availability management through six key sections.

Basic Information
Profile Picture - Upload avatar or remove existing image
Username - Set your unique scheduling URL (schedule.graph8.com/username)
Full Name - Display name for booking pages
Email Management - Add multiple emails with primary designation
About Section - Rich text description for your profile
Account Management
Danger Zone - Account deletion option (cannot be undone)
General Settings
Localization
Language - Interface language selection (English default)
Timezone - Primary timezone (America/New York example)
Schedule Timezone Change - Plan timezone updates
Time Format - 12 or 24-hour display
Start of Week - Monday/Sunday preference

Webhook Configuration
Basic Setup
Subscriber URL - Enter the endpoint where you want to receive webhook notifications
Enable Webhook - Toggle to activate webhook notifications
Secret - Optional security token for webhook verification
Event Triggers Choose which events trigger webhook notifications:
Booking Events - Booking Created, Canceled, Rejected, Requested, Paid, Rescheduled
Payment Events - Booking Payment Initiated
Meeting Events - Meeting Started, Ended, No-Show Updated
Recording Events - Recording Download Link Ready, Transcript Generated
Calendar Events - Out of Office Created
Form Events - Form Submitted (with or without event booking)
Video Call Events - After hosts/guests don't join call video
Advanced Settings
No-Show Timer - Set delay (in minutes) before triggering no-show events for video meetings
Payload Template - Choose Default or Custom data format for webhook payloads
Webhook Testing - Built-in ping test functionality to verify endpoint connectivity

Key Creation
Name This Key - Descriptive name for identifying the API key (e.g., "Development", "Production", "CRM Integration")
Expiration Options - Choose from preset durations (30 days) or set to "Never expires"
Automatic Expiration - System calculates and displays exact expiration date
Security Management - Keys can be regenerated or revoked as needed
