Overview

The Contacts page in Graph8 offers powerful tools to organize and personalize your contact database. This guide covers essential features including Filters, Columns, Actions, and AI-powered customization.

Filtering Your Contacts

Quickly narrow your contact list with targeted filters:

  1. Navigate to Contacts from the left sidebar.

  2. Click the Filters button.

  3. Select your desired criteria (location, job title, company size, etc.).

  4. Apply filters to view your refined results.

  5. Use the search bar to quickly locate specific filters.

Customizing Your View

Tailor your contacts display with column management:

  1. On the Contacts page, select Columns

  2. Check or uncheck fields to show/hide information

  3. Drag and drop columns to reorder them

  4. Click Apply to save your layout

  5. Use the search feature to quickly find specific columns

Performing Actions

Take quick actions on selected contacts:

  1. Select contacts by checking the boxes next to their names.

  2. Click Add to Sequence or Add to List at the top of your contact list:

    Add to Sequence: Automatically include selected contacts in a pre-defined outreach sequence.

    Save Selected: Easily add contacts to a specific list for future reference

Adding Global AI Columns for Contacts

Generate personalized content at scale, such as:

  • Personalized email subject lines for each contact.

  • Personalized openers using one or multiple contact fields.

  • Automatically identifying sports teams associated with a contact's college/university.

Steps:

  1. From the Contacts view, click + Add AI Column in the top right:

  2. Configure your column:

    • Enter a descriptive Column Name

    • Write your Prompt for the AI

    • Select your preferred Model

    • Add an AI Column Description

  3. Click Save followed by Save and Don't Run.

  4. Your new AI column will appear at the end of your standard columns.

Generating Personalized Content for AI Columns

Fill your AI columns with personalized content:

  1. Locate your AI column at the end of your contact table.

  2. Select the contacts you want to personalize

  3. Click the Edit icon:

  4. Review the settings and select Save and Run for Selected:

  5. Graph8 will populate the AI column with personalized content for each contact.

  • Create filter combinations for different prospecting scenarios

  • Set up AI columns for personalized email openers, subject lines, or industry-specific insights

  • Regularly update your column layout to focus on the most relevant information for your current campaigns
